Dave has a cumulative 20+ years in sales. Starting as an Outside salesperson for an Autoparts company then transitioning to an Automotive Service writer for both independent dealerships and a GMC Cadillac dealership.


PAS Decorative Sales was founded by the late Phil Schwartz in ~2001. Dave Schwartz took the helm in 2016. Running PAS Decorative Sales has been the most challenging and rewarding professional experience.


Dave excels at walking the fine line between assisting Showroom Partners and protecting Product Lines. Additionally, PAS Decorative Sales is known for increasing sales for partner Product Lines year over year.


In Dave's off time, he is busy with two young children who enjoy Taekwondo and Soccer

Kelly has over two decades of experience in the Kitchen and Bath Industry. Her background enables her to have a better understanding of the day to day interactions her clients have with theirs as well as the strategic diversity required in a Showroom setting. She enjoys being an advocate for her client’s and supporting them with product knowledge, orders, showroom displays, and helping them resolve issues that arise. When she is not working, she is usually enjoying time with her active family attending sporting and motocross events.
